Holendro Singh Chungkham is an Assistant Professor in the Applied and Official Statistics Unit at the Indian Statistical Institute, North-East Centre. His research interests include understanding causal relationship between psychosocial work characteristics and mental health, exploring the different pathways through which the psychosocial work characteristics influence mental health. He addresses such research questions using the statistical techniques like, marginal structural models, autoregressive mediation models applied on longitudinal data sets.
